Waterview Grille at The Easton Club is located
on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, just 45 minutes from Annapolis and 1 ½ hours from Washington DC and Philadelphia. We offer a magnificient outdoor pavilion and ceremony location with breathtaking views of our championship golf course and Tred Avon River.
The newly decorated facility has a new menu, delicious food, and a great service team. Waterville Grille offers both dining and bar seating, with a full menu available on either side. In addition, it offers a nightly “Early Dining Menu” from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 pm.
Bill Redmond, Assistant General Manager of the Easton Club, is the Manager of Waterview Grille. Bill has extensive experience in the restaurant business including various positions at such local restaurants as St. Michaels Crab House, Eagle Spirits, Legal Spirits, Martini’s, and Out of the Fire. Bill is very enthusiastic about this new venture.
Susan Watts is the Assistant Manager of Waterview
Grille. Susan has over 37 years of restaurant experience, most recently at Legal Spirits, working in every capacity from server to restaurant manager. She also spent four years operating the Soda Fountain at Hills Drug Store with her daughter-in-law, Patricia Watts. In addition, she has over 20 years catering experience.
Chef Seth Willis is from the Talbot County area since 1980. Seth received his
culinary training from the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont
and trained under Chef Michelle Labourne, a third generation Escoffier
apprentice. Seth's specialty is cooking local seafood with strong classical
French undertones.
